Heating, ventilation and air conditioning are provided during normal building hours 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding holidays unless otherwise stipulated in your lease.
If you need adjustments to the temperature of your office, you can submit a request through the tenant work order system, Building Engines.
If you have a need for After Hours HVAC service, please submit a request through Building Engines. Please note there is a charge associated with this service. The current charge is $80 per hour but is subject to change as stipulated in the lease.
