Located in the heart of the city’s financial district, 343 Sansome is a blend of charming classical appearance with all the comforts and beauty of a modernized interior. A landmark building, 343 Sansome was designed by John Galen Howard, the founder of the U.C. School of Architecture and constructed in 1908. In 1929, five stories were added and the building was decorated in an elegant art deco design. In 1990, a 15-story tower was added adjacent to the initial 13-storied tower and the two buildings were combined.
